Hi, I’m ArtNPC, a 2D artist focused on character design and illustration. I enjoy creating characters that feel distinct and expressive, whether it’s for personal projects,
commissions, or visual novels.I also stream my art process, where I design characters live, sometimes with input from viewers, and run occasional art challenges. It’s a space where you can follow along, see how pieces come together, or just spend some time watching the process.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Detailed Prcoess and Information

General

By commissioning ArtNPC (“the Artist”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms.
The Artist reserves the right to decline or cancel any commission and to update these terms
at any time.

Payment

- Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agree
- All payments are processed via PayPal.
- Work will not begin until the initial payment has been received.

Refunds & Cancellation

No refunds after completionFull refunds apply if:
- The Artist has not started the work
- The Artist is unable to complete the commission

Deadlines

- A time estimate will be provided at the start of the commission.
- Timelines may shift due to workload, complexity, health, or external obligations.
  The Client will be informed of any changes.
- The Artist has a fulltime job; commissions are scheduled accordingly.
- Strict deadlines may incur additional fees depending on urgency and availability.

Process & Revisions

- Clients must provide clear and sufficient references. If information is vague, the Artist will   interpret the request at their discretion.
- A single, cohesive character reference is required. Multiple fragmented references may not be   accepted (excluding character design commissions).Workflow
- Rough composition sketches are provided for selection
- A detailed sketch is developed and must be approved
- Work-in-progress updates are shared during line art and coloring stagesWorkflow
- Major changes must be requested during the sketch stage
- Minor edits (e.g., small details, color adjustments) are allowed after completion
- Significant changes requested after sketch approval may incur additional fees

Delivery

- 300 DPI JPEG (high resolution)
- 72 DPI watermarked versionIf required:
- PDF invoice
- PDF copy of the Terms of Service

Copyright & Usage Rights

The Artist (ArtNPC):
- Retains full copyright of the artwork
- Will not claim ownership of the Client’s intellectual property
- May display the commissioned work in portfolios and online platforms
- Reserves the right to cancel and refund a commission at any timeThe Artist (ArtNPC):
- May upload the artwork to personal websites and social media
- Must provide proper credit to the Artist when sharing
- May not alter the artwork without permission
- May not use the artwork for profit (including reselling, prints, merchandise, or POD services) unless explicitly agreed
- May not use the artwork for commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand
- Retains rights to their original character or intellectual property

Restricted Use

The artwork may not be used for:
- AI training, datasets, or generators
- Blockchain-based content, including NFTs

Agreement

By commissioning, the Client confirms they understand and accept these terms.

Illustration commissions are fully rendered artworks featuring one or
more characters. These can range from portraits to full-body compositions, with flexible background options depending on the level of detail.

Simple Background: +15€
Complex Background: +30€
